This fabulous meatloaf tastes like a juicy bacon cheeseburger, with diced bacon and shredded cheese. Bake it in your baking dish or muffin tin for a quick easy meal. Comes with our tasty ketchup glaze. Leftovers make incredible sandwiches. Oven - 45 minutes if thawed, 1 hour 10 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before shaping into loaf.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a baking sheet or baking dish with non-stick coating. Remove meat from bag and shape into a loaf on baking sheet or in baking dish. Distribute the sauce evenly over the meat. Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature is 160F on instant read thermometer. For quicker baking, place meatloaf mixture in greased muffin pans and bake 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature is 160F on instant read thermometer. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
