Celebrate any night of the week with this barbecue dinner. Tender cuts of pork are combined with black beans and smoky barbecue flavors. The meat melts in your mouth and the sauce is so good! Create wraps with the flour tortillas included! Slow cooker – 6-7 hours; Oven – 2 hours, thawed or frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If meat is frozen or partially frozen, cooking time will remain the same.
Cooking Instructions: Slow cooker: Place contents of pork bag in slow cooker. Add ½ cup water. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours (3-4 hours for regular entrée). Oven: Preheat oven to 325F. Place contents of pork bag in Dutch oven or other ovenproof container with lid. Add ½ cup water. Cover and cook 2 hours (for both full and regular entrée) or until pork is very tender. Tortillas: Heat in microwave for 30 seconds or until heated through. Serve pork with tortillas. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
