Layers of ground beef, mild picante sauce and corn tortillas mingle with a seasoned tomato and black bean mixture. Top with Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese. Delicious and definitely a crowd pleaser! Oven: 35-40 minutes if thaw. 45-55 minutes if frozen.

 

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 20-30 minutes covered baking time.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 375F. Place pan on baking sheet and bake uncovered 35 minutes or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted. If cheese begins to brown, cover loosely with foil. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

 

Suggested Sides: Top with chopped tomato, shredded lettuce and cilantro
