Co-developed by Super Suppers and chefs at Martha Stewart's Everyday Food magazine. Golden layers of sourdough bread, Cheddar-cheesy eggs and sliced Canadian bacon make a beautiful and delicious supper or special breakfast.  Pineapple not only offers a little sweet appeal to the dish but also aids digestion.  Perfect for any brunch.

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, add 10-20 minutes baking time.

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F.  Remove lid. Place pan on baking sheet and bake uncovered until puffed and set in the center, about 45-50 minutes.  Tent loosely with foil if strata begins to brown too quickly.  Let sit 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
