Undoubtedly one of the most requested comfort foods. Tender chicken breasts, baked with creamy seasoned rice, carrots, corn and peas, topped with shredded Cheddar cheese. A perfect, family-friendly dish that will bring warm memories to your dinner table. Oven: 50 minutes if thawed.  1 hour if frozen.

 

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If entree is frozen or partially frozen prior to baking, add 10 to 15 minutes baking time. 

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 375F.  Place entree on baking sheet, and bake covered 45 minutes (35-40 minutes for regular entree).  Chicken pieces should read 165F on instant read thermometer.  Let pan sit covered on stovetop for 10 minutes or until rice is cooked.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
