Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Heat large skillet on medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil. Remove chicken from bag, reserving marinade. Cook chicken 10 minutes, browning on all sides. Add marinade to skillet, and cover. Lower heat to medium, and continue cooking 5-10 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken is 165F on instant read thermometer.
