Tender chicken breasts, tangy capers and a bright flavor of fresh lemon and white wine make this classic dish absolutely delightful. Skillet – 20 to 25 minutes if thawed.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave. Do not over-microwave, or chicken will become tough.
Cooking Instructions: Spray a large skillet with non-stick coating. Sauté chicken breasts over medium-high heat 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until done (165F on instant read thermometer). Remove chicken to serving platter; cover to keep warm. Add contents of sauce bag and ½ cup water (1 cup water for Full size) to skillet. Simmer 5-8 minutes until sauce is reduced by half. Pour sauce over chicken breasts and serve.
