This traditional Italian dish is sure to be a family favorite. A soup of cheese tortellini, cannellini beans, tomato, onion, carrots, white wine, and thyme will warm the stomach and the taste buds. Stovetop: 20 – 25 minutes thawed, 30 minutes frozen.

 

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen defrost in microwave.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Empty soup mixture from bag into a sauce pan; add 3 cups of water.  On medium high heat, bring soup to a boil.  Reduce heat to medium, add tortellini, and simmer 10 - 15 minutes. If desired, add up to 1/2 cup water for thinner soup.
