Juicy all natural chicken breasts are marinated in lemon juice, herbs and spices and ready for the grill. Fabulous on their own, but we serve them with our Chipotle Aioli to really make them the hit of the dinner party. Comes with a side of white rice to round out the meal.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave.
Cooking Instructions: Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from bag and reserve marinade. Place chicken on grill and cook 6-7 minutes on each side, basting with reserve marinade, or until done (165F on instant read thermometer). Stovetop: Spray skillet with non-stick coating and heat over medium high heat. Add chicken, reserving marinade, and cook 6-7 minutes on each side, basting with reserve marinade, or until done (165F on instant read thermometer). Rice: Place rice in microwaveable container; add 2 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon for regular order). Cover and heat in microwave 1 minute or until hot. Serve chicken over rice with Chipotle Aioli.
Suggested Sides: Black beans cooked with onion, garlic, cumin and olive oil.
