The Mocha Mousse Cake starts with light chiffon cake layers soaked with espresso syrup, layered with a creamy coffee mousse, then topped with a milk chocolate glaze.  It is a classic Italian style dessert that offers a unique twist on a traditional tiramisu.  It's best enjoyed chilled. 

 

PreparationThaw completely in refrigerator overnight for best result.  Can be kept frozen until ready to use.  Serve in room temperature.  Please keep covered if stored in refrigerator.
