This is our most popular meatloaf recipe. Lean turkey is mixed with bread crumbs, fresh onions and bell peppers, tomato sauce and a number of spices. Form into a traditional loaf, or divide the mixture into muffin tins for quicker baking. Oven – 60 minutes if thawed, 65 minutes if frozen; in muffin tins 25-35 minutes.

 

 

Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before shaping into loaf.

 

Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a baking sheet or baking dish with non-stick coating. Remove meat from bag and shape into a loaf on baking sheet or in baking dish.  Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until internal temperature is 160F on instant read thermometer. For quicker baking, place meatloaf mixture in greased muffin pans and bake 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 160F on instant read thermometer. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens. For your convenience, sauce is included with this entrée. Distribute the sauce evenly on top of meatloaf the last 10 minutes of cooking time.
