An elegant entrée of succulent shrimp and bright, fresh broccoli florets in an incredible sauce with fresh orange juice, sesame oil, sesame seeds, soy and a touch of garlic, all served on a bed of white rice. It takes just minutes to have this impressive dish on the table. Stovetop – 10 minutes if thawed, 15 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 2-3 minutes cooking time.
Cooking instructions: Place saucepan over medium-high heat. Add contents of sauce bag to saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Immediately add broccoli and shrimp and cook about 4-5 minutes or until shrimp is pink. Do not overcook, or shrimp will be tough. Meanwhile, place rice in glass bowl. Cover with plastic lid, add 1 tablespoon water (2 Tbs for full size), microwave for 1 minute or until hot. Serve shrimp over rice.
